    Dr. Jenny Cham is a proteomics scientist turned User Experience (UX) Designer, who founded the UX design capability at the European Bioinformatics Institute in 2009.  She believes that well designed scientific software leads to more productive researchers and a more efficient R&D process.  She blogs about UX design and science at jennycham.co.uk.

    The User Experience Toolkit for Life Sciences (UXLS) was developed in 2017 by a team of over 50 UX specialists from more than 20 organisations coordinated by the global not-for-profit, Pistoia Alliance.  Its goal is to enable pharma and biotech companies to design better, more intuitive digital products, thereby improving the efficiency and productivity of their R&D process and accelerating innovation.  In this talk you will find out more about this freely available resource and how it can add value to your organisation.
